GH Business Outsourcing Inc. is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Coder to join our on-site team in Sibulan, Negros Oriental. This is an office-based role supporting a U.S. medical laboratory. We are looking for a professional with strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding, documentation review, and payer requirements. Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes based on clinical documentation Review encounters for coding accuracy, modifier use, and documentation alignment Support Evaluation & Management (E/M) coding using current guidelines Identify documentation gaps that may impact coding accuracy or payer review Perform coding quality reviews and audits when needed Work inside client EHR and coding systems following payer-specific requirements Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of patient information Collaborate with billing and AR teams to support cleaner claim submission

AAPC certification preferred (CPC or related credential) Experience in outpatient medical coding and revenue cycle workflows Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS Level II, and modifiers Familiarity with U.S. healthcare insurance and payer requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good English communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Experience with EHR or medical billing platforms is a plus Must be willing to work graveyard/night shift schedules
