Who this is about

GH Business Solutions provides outsourced teams to businesses in the United States. This policy is about you, a visitor to this website.

It is not about information we handle on behalf of a client. Where we process a client's customer or patient records as part of delivering a service, that is governed by our contract with that client rather than by this page, and any protected health information is handled under those terms. If you are a patient or customer of one of our clients, their privacy policy is the one that applies to you, not this one.

What we collect, and only when you give it

We do not require an account and we do not ask you to identify yourself to read anything here. Information reaches us only when you send it:

Inquiry and contact forms

Your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your company, phone number and message. We also record which page the inquiry came from, so we know what you were reading when you asked.

Savings calculator

The figures you enter and, if you ask for the itemised breakdown, your email address so we can send it. The totals themselves are visible without giving us anything.

Job applications

Your name, email, phone number and the resume file you upload. Applications go to our recruiting team, not to sales.

The chat assistant

What you type into it. The conversation is held against your browser session so the assistant can follow the thread. If you ask it to pass your details to a person, it records what you provided in the same way a form would.

Campaign information

If you arrive from an advertisement, the campaign identifiers in the link are recorded alongside any inquiry you then send, so we can tell which advertising produced it. These identify the advertisement, not you personally.

What we do with it

We reply to you, and we keep a record of the conversation so that the next person you speak to here is not starting from nothing. Inquiries reach our sales team; applications reach recruiting.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.

Who else touches it

A small number of service providers process information on our behalf in order to run this site: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, the provider of the security check that protects our forms from automated abuse, and the provider of the language model behind the chat assistant. Each of them handles it under contract and for no purpose of their own.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie so that forms work and the chat assistant can follow your conversation, and a token used to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. These are necessary for the site to function.

The security check on our forms is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is used precisely because it verifies visitors without tracking them across other websites.

We also advertise, and we measure whether that advertising works. With your consent, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel record that you visited and whether you contacted us, so we can tell which adverts produced a real inquiry. Nothing in that category is set until you accept the banner: it defaults to denied, declining leaves the site fully functional, and clearing this site's storage in your browser will make us ask again.

If you arrive from an advert, the identifier the ad platform adds to the link is stored with your inquiry so we know which campaign it came from, and may be sent back to that platform to record that the advert worked. It is never sold or used for anything else.

Where it is held, and for how long

Inquiries and applications are stored on servers in the United States. Our teams in the United States and the Philippines may both access them in the course of replying to you.

We keep inquiries for as long as there is a live commercial reason to, and applications for as long as the role and any future roles it is relevant to remain open. Ask us to delete either and we will.

What you can ask us to do

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it. You do not need to cite a regulation or explain why, and asking will not affect how we deal with you.

Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. We extend them to everyone who asks regardless.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change how any of this works we will change this page and the date at the top of it.
