GH Business Outsourcing Inc. is seeking Healthcare Virtual Assistants to support our U.S.-based medical laboratory partners. In this role, you will help coordinate laboratory testing services across the Northeast United States by answering patient and provider calls, processing laboratory orders, and dispatching mobile phlebotomists to patient homes and healthcare facilities. You will work closely with our U.S. operations team to ensure accurate order entry, timely scheduling, and smooth communication between patients, healthcare providers, and field staff. The position requires professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and organized when managing urgent medical requests and STAT orders. This is an in-office role based in Sibulan, Negros Oriental, supporting U.S. healthcare operations.

Candidates should have excellent spoken and written English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare support environment. Strong typing accuracy, data entry skills, and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once. Applicants must be comfortable using online systems, dispatch platforms, and internal software. Prior experience in a call center, BPO, dispatch, or healthcare support role is preferred, and HIPAA knowledge or experience working with U.S. healthcare data is highly preferred. The starting shift aligns with U.S. Eastern Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST), though additional shifts may be introduced as operations expand. Applicants must be able to work night hours in the Philippines and report on-site to our office in Sibulan.
