AI agents & automation
Buy the automation.
Buy the team. Or buy both.
We build the niche systems your business actually runs on — the agent that chases a client for the missing 1099, calls a payer to verify coverage, or settles a patient balance — and we staff the judgment calls they hand over, with dedicated offshore teams. Most companies take both, because that is where the saving compounds. Plenty take one.
What actually gets built
Not a chatbot with your logo on it.
Almost anyone will sell you a general assistant trained on your FAQ page. The work that costs you money is narrower and stranger than that, and it is different in every industry. So we build for the specific process, on the software you already run.
A CPA firm
An agent that knows exactly which forms each return is still waiting on, follows up with the client until they arrive, and hands the one who keeps avoiding it to a person who will phone.
A medical practice
An agent that calls or queries the payer before the visit and writes coverage, deductible status and prior-authorization requirements into the chart — plus one that settles patient balances and routes disputes to a person.
A property manager
An agent that takes the 11pm maintenance call, decides emergency from routine by your own rules, dispatches the vendor and escalates the judgment calls.
A freight operator
An agent that answers check calls from live tracking data and starts working the phone the moment a driver is going to miss a dock appointment.
Every one of our 24 industry pages lists the systems we build for that vertical specifically. Find yours.
How companies buy this
Three ways in. No wrong door.
The order matters more than the label: automate what is genuinely routine, then staff what is left. Which half you buy from us is your call, and we will say plainly when you only need one.
Automation only
You have the people. You need the routine volume gone.
- Managed AI agents on voice, text and chat
- Custom automation across your existing systems
- Recurring posting, filing and reporting handled
- Escalation rules that route to your own staff
Teams only
The work needs judgment, not software. You need people who know your account.
- Dedicated offshore teams, not a shared pool
- Customer service, admin, back office and finance
- 24/7 coverage on US hours
- Trained on your systems, working in your stack
Both, on one account
The usual answer, and the cheapest one.
- Agents take the instant and predictable layer
- A trained team takes every exception they raise
- One team lead accountable for both halves
- Reporting on what was resolved, handed over and saved
What we build
Built on the stack you already pay for.
No rip and replace. We automate against whatever CRM, EHR, billing platform, phone system or spreadsheet the work already lives in, because replacing working software is expensive and is almost never why a process is slow.
Agents that finish, not just answer
An agent picks up the moment a request arrives, at any hour, confirms who is asking and what they need, and completes the routine ones end to end rather than taking a message.
Automation between systems that do not talk
The copy-paste between platforms, built once and run on a schedule: intake into records, orders into billing, documents into the right folder with the right name.
A handover written in from day one
The moment a request needs a decision, a complaint needs hearing, or an exception falls outside the rules, it moves to a trained person by default rather than by request.
Human review of what the agents do
The same team taking your escalations audits the agents, so drift is caught by someone who knows the account rather than surfacing as a customer complaint.
The honest part
We will tell you when not to automate.
We scope automation against what the work costs you today. Where a task is low volume, changes every month, or carries a risk that is not worth a rule, staffing it is cheaper and safer — and we will say so rather than sell you a build. That is also why our own pricing is easy to check: the savings calculator shows the staffing side with every assumption disclosed, and the automation saving is quoted against your real volumes rather than a claim on a web page.
Common questions
Before you ask.
Can we buy the AI agents without the offshore team?
Yes. Plenty of clients have staff they are happy with and simply want the routine volume gone. You get the agents, the automation and the escalation rules that route to your own people rather than ours.
Can we buy the team without any automation?
Yes, and sometimes that is the right call. If the work is low volume, changes constantly, or carries a risk that is not worth a rule, a dedicated offshore team is cheaper and safer than a build. We will tell you when that is the case.
How long until something is live?
A first agent or automation is typically live in two to four weeks, because we start with one specific workflow rather than a platform rollout. Staffed coverage starts in about two weeks, so you are never waiting on a build to get help.
Do we have to change software?
No. We automate the stack you already pay for, through whatever integration surface it exposes. If something genuinely cannot be automated safely, we will tell you that too rather than force a migration to make our side easier.
Who watches the agents once they are running?
The same trained team that takes your escalations. Automation that nobody reviews drifts quietly, and the first sign is usually a customer complaint. Every account gets a person accountable for what the agents did, not just a dashboard.
