GH Business Solutions was founded by people who ran operations themselves — scheduling, billing, customer calls, compliance. We didn't read about the problems. We lived them. That's why we build the automation and staff the work in the same company, instead of selling one and leaving you the other.

We are an outsourcing and automation company. We build offshore teams for customer service, admin, back office, accounting, billing and operations, and we build the AI agents and custom automation that make all of it more efficient — because the cheapest work is the work nobody has to touch, and what is left still needs a person who knows your account.
The standards came from healthcare, where the margin for error is smallest, and they now run every account we take: payer rules, EMR workflows and HIPAA guardrails on one desk, ledgers and dispatch queues on the next. Either way you get the function without the hiring, the software project or the overhead — usually at a fraction of what building it internally costs.
