The rumor that AI replaced outsourcing is only half right.

AI genuinely took the instant, predictable half — the status check, the reminder, the routine answer. A managed AI agent from us that does that work is in active development, with no date promised yet. Available today is the half automation still hands back: people trained to work alongside whatever AI you already run, hired for the judgment calls and the exceptions.

AI agents & automation, end to end.

Instant first-touch answering (in development)

A managed agent will answer voice, text and chat the moment a request arrives, confirming who is asking and what they need before anyone waits to find out if someone is there.

Routine requests, finished not just acknowledged (in development)

Bookings, confirmations and common questions will be completed end to end when the request is genuinely routine — the same standard our staffed teams already hold themselves to.

A handover built in from day one (in development)

The moment a request needs a decision, a complaint needs hearing, or an exception falls outside the rules, it will move to a person by default, not by request.

Reviewed by the people who take the exceptions (in development)

Once live, conversations it handles will be checked by the same trained team who already takes the escalations, so drift gets caught by someone who understands the account.

Available now, while the agent is built

Every team we place today is trained to work alongside whatever automation already runs your business — fluent in it, faster because of it, not waiting on a product roadmap to be useful.

Deliverables, not just hours.

  • Instant first-touch answering across voice, text and chat (in development)
  • Routine requests completed end to end, not just acknowledged (in development)
  • Automatic handover to a trained person the moment judgment is needed (in development)
  • Reporting on what the agent resolved versus what it handed over (in development)
  • Reviewed by the same trained team who takes the exceptions, once live (in development)
  • No release date promised — we will tell you when it is ready to pilot
  • Available today while you wait: AI-fluent teams trained to work alongside whatever automation you already run

Built for teams like these.

  • Businesses deciding whether to wait for automation or staff the exceptions now
  • Teams already running our voice, messaging or back-office coverage who want automation and people on one roadmap
  • Operators who want a managed AI agent eventually, reviewed by people from day one rather than left to run unwatched

We respond within one business day. No sales pressure.

Before you ask.

Is BPO dead now that AI can answer instantly?

Half of that is true. AI is genuinely better at the instant, repetitive first touch, and it already does that work well — we are not going to pretend otherwise. What it does not do is the exception, the judgment call, or the conversation that decides whether a customer stays. That work did not disappear, it got concentrated, and that is the half GH staffs today.

When will your managed AI agents be available?

We do not have a date to share yet. This service is in active development, and we would rather ship something worth trusting than promise a timeline we might miss. Tell us if the timing matters to you and we will let you know when it is ready to pilot.

What can I actually get from GH today if I want this?

Everything except the managed agent itself: teams trained to work alongside whatever automation you already run, across voice, messaging, verification and back-office work, hired specifically for the judgment calls automation hands back rather than as a fallback for when it fails.

Will the AI agent replace the people you place?

No. It is being built to sit ahead of the same trained teams, handling the instant and predictable layer so a person is not needed for what a script can already finish. Every design decision keeps the handover to a person automatic, not a last resort.

Who is building it, and what does it run on?

It is being built in house rather than resold from a vendor platform. We are not naming the underlying tooling while it is still in development, because what will matter to you is the handover behavior it ships with, not the stack behind it.
